High-precision glass tubes
OUTLINE
Glass tubes had been considered difficult to use as mechanical parts due to the accuracy of their outer diameter tolerances. Yamamura Photonics realized high-precision glass tubes that can be used as machine parts by controlling the tolerance of outer diameter with our unique processing technology. Our high-precision glass tubes are processed by skilled craftsmen while making fine adjustments one by one. We also can handle additional processing of commercially available glass tubes, which is difficult to machine. Our high-precision glass tubes are used in applications that require a high outer diameter tolerance system, such as electrode tubes for ozone generators and glass tubes for OA equipment.

Custom processing
We process our glass tubes and commercially available glass tubes (hard/soft glass). Tapering is also possible, and the diameter and length can be adjusted according to the application.
Outer diameter: φ30-100 mm
Overall length: ~ around 1300 mm
